"Chiunque abbia avuto la possibilità di lavorare con lui o anche
semplicemente di incontrarlo ha avuto la fortuna di imparare qualcosa, non
solo scientificamente, ma anche grazie alla sue enormi qualità umane. La
sua storia scientifica e umana nascondeva sempre qualcosa di grande che lui
conservava gelosamente e con modestia. Un insegnamento per tutti.

La sua scomparsa lascia un vuoto incolmabile."

Anyone who had the chance to work with him or even just meet him was
fortunate enough to learn something, not just scientifically, but also
thanks to his enormous human qualities. His scientific and human history
always hid something great that he kept jealously and modestly. A lesson
for everyone.

His disappearance leaves a deep void.
