[FOM] Petr Vopenka

He recently claimed that actual infinity is really in some sense
contradictory (e.g. in this talk in Czech:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcaZJXO-p4g ). More explanations are in his
recent book, which is hopefully being translated, but I am not sure there
is a "formal proof" there.

I found his investigations and seminars on "psychoanalysis" of science and
mathematics extremely inspiring.  Counterweight to the standard bulk of
overspecialized and unmotivated definition/theorem/proof lectures.
