This is one of the Hindawi journals, beware that they charge publication fees. 

Some of their journals have not good reputation, but this does not necessarily make this particular one a bad journal -- in other disciplines publication fees are normal

Do listmembers know anything about this journal?  They've invited me to 
contribute something to a *focus issue* on Set Theory.  Has anyone else
on this list been invited?  I'm always keen to talk to anyone about set
theory of course, but i'm wondering what sort of company i'd be keeping.
