[FOM] Book on the history of logic?

Dear Staffan,

There is a Handbook of the History of Logic, see 
http://www.johnwoods.ca/HHL/

It is intended to be 11 volumes, 8 have appeared. I think the authors 
would send you drafts for their chapters that have not yet appeared if you 
contact them (coincidentally, I have been reading some of the chapters 
for their set theory volume recently, so I had the link handy).
